Post production on renders and images

Despite using Photoshop for years i have never known what the “actions” function was used for. Recently however i have found a few websites which not only tell you how to use them but also offer free pre set actions by other users. So ive been playing around with some that I’ve found. Some offering more of a comic book effect and other offering different colour techniques.
